The Sivananda TTC has been a wonderful experience – I learned a lot about yoga and particularly appreciate the holistic approach to living well and finding inner peace. The teachings of the Guru’s are inspiring and profound. The support system provided by the wonderful staff members and teachers created a very conducive and encouraging environment for such an intense program. It has been a great please taking this program in the beautiful ashram. I look forward to spreading the experience of peace and joy as handed down by the Guru’s teachings.

This was a truly life altering experience. This ashram is a magical place. I can’t believe how much I have learned and grown in the past month. TTC is amazing!
Kimara Himchak, Lumberton, NJ, May 2013
Somehow this month of TTC has felt like 3 days and 3 years at the same time. I’ve learned so much about Yoga and myself but more importantly I’ve learned that I know nothing at all. This has been an invaluable experience thanks to all the hard working staff and fellow Yogi’s. I’m so excited to practice and teach what I’ve learned here, continuing my growth and spiritual journey.
Mallory Olney, Tahoe City, CA, May 2013
I would highly recommend Sivananda Ashram to anyone – in fact, I’m already sending friends and family here. It is such an amazing place with fantastic, helpful, encouraging staff that enables you to grow both mentally and spiritually oh and there’s amazing yoga to boot! The ashram would be in my top ten places to travel and stay and I have travelled all around the world yet finally found peace and happiness here.
Marie Moreland, Dublin, Ireland, May 2013
This experience has changed my life. Being here at the ashram was like a little taste of heaven. The staff is wonderful, the food fantastic and the ashram is so serene and peaceful. Words cannot express my gratitude and the joy this experience has brought me.
Jessica Crain, Georgetown, CA, May 2013
Before I came to TTC I had a vague idea of the spiritual goal of life and my idea about how to attain this goal was completely wrong. I got lost in the details of daily mundane life goals and thought that happiness would come eventually and I progressed with their achievement. I have never had such clarity about my life’s purpose and thanks to the teachings that I received I leave with not only a lot of powerful tools to help me along the way but also a warning of all the obstacles that I will face along the way and how to address them! This course is truly inspired by great wisdom gained by personal spiritual experience. My outlook on life has changed completely and I can’t wait to establish a practice that will allow me to be a shining example of selfless service.
Rosa Michaelis, Herdecke, Germany, May 2013
The Sivananda teacher training course is truly a transformative experience. It is an immersion in the traditions of an ancient lineage of yogic wisdom. If you are only looking to earn a certificate to teach asana classes you will get a lot more than you expect. If you have a longing for the truth and would like to further the path to peace; this is it.
