TESTIMONIAL

"As a recovering addict and drug counselor, I'm always looking for ways to become a better person - so that I may be stronger and able to share my experience ,strength and hope with others who still struggle. While doing research on addiction I stumbled upon a certification course about Yoga of Recovery.

Going through this certification course was the best thing I have ever done for myself! It strengthened me at the very core of my existence and gave me tools that allow me to have inner peace in the most chaotic situations.

Both Durga and Swami Sitaramananda bring a wealth of information and take you on a journey back to basics: love, kindness, and humility.

Anyone who deems themselves unworthy needs this course. Anyone who is lonely, sad or hurting needs this course. You will finally see there is no need for suffering and see yourself as perfect, just as you are."
