Description
This retreat is the 13th annual gathering of Sivananda Yoga teachers of the west coast for the purpose of continuing education, community, and inspiration. There are more than 1400 Yoga teachers who have been graduated from the Sivananda Yoga Farm Teacher Training Course. Some have taught extensively after graduation, while others have pursued different branches of the yogic path. This retreat reminds us all of the mission of our founders and genuinely reinspires us to the integral practice of body-mind-spirit immersion in Guru's grace and purpose. Bring to mind again the benefits and the elevated inner feelings which make us Sivananda Yogis and link us with timetested traditions.
Everybody needs a recharge. The atmosphere of the ashram is nurturing and Swami Sitaramananda has guided the energy for more than 15 years here. Take back with you some new teaching materials and more importantly catch up with each other in this gathering of TTC alumni.
